Hi every one,

i have an issue with my cisco call manager.I can ping it but can not browse it...i am using the correct ip address..... what could be the problem?
 
What happens when you browse it? Does it time out or do you get some sort of page? If nothing, try restarting the Tomcat service. Log in from the console and give the command "utils service restart Cisco Tomcat". This restarts the web interface and after about 5 minutes, you can try again. If you are getting some other page, let us know what you are seeing.
 
you can try telnetting its services to know which one is failing.

for tomcat, try telnetting on the server with port 8443 i believe before restarting the whole thing down.
