CUCM Transfer key

After restart of CUCM, transfer key no longer appears on 8841 phones? Looked at softkeys and everything looks correct, any suggestions would be appreciated.

the transfer key will only be visible during a call. Is that the case here? The trf key is not available during a call?
What version of CUCM?
