Is there a way in CUCM to catch un-routeable or invalid dialed numbers and either send them to an operator/DN or to play an announcement?

For example, in Avaya, there is an intercept treatment field that can be set to play an announcement for all invalid extensions dialed within or into the system such as re-order tone.
Similarly, in Avaya, when I dial a dial a 7 digit extension and should have dialed a 10 digit I can intercept this independently and relay the user to an announcement about how to dial correctly.

Does CUCM have the ability to do anything like this? I cannot figure out how to intercept incorrectly or rogue dialed numbers and route then somewhere or play an announcement.

Thanks in advance

You could do it with Route or Translation patterns. Send the call to a Unity prompt or something. But would be a pain in the butt. That is why Cisco plays the prompt "You're call cannot be completed as dialed".
