I'm sure I'm missing something here, but I can't figure it out.
Trying to create users on Unity Connection in a CUCM 7 business edition integration. On the Unity side, the add user link is missing from the users page.
Is there some configuration I'm missing that isn't allowing me to add users...or does CUCMBE require you to add Unity users on the Call Manager side?
Very frustrating. I've got the VM system running, but no mailboxes!
