We have been ask to implement CUCM for a video solution. They have already quoted the following:

CISCO SX-80 Codecs
CISCO EX-90 Desktop Units
DX-650 Video Phones
CTS-500-32 Pedestal Units w/ 32inch display.

They currently do not have voice for the solution. What would the requirements be for the CUCM?
From a high-level I think that they would need not sure of the software required.
1-pub
1-sub
1-gateway
1-ucs

What exactly are the customer requirements?
Do they just want video phones for internal calls?
No need for video conferencing? What about external video to other companies?
What about scheduled video conferences?
Are you replacing their phone system with this as well?

Phone system is not being replaced at this time. Video for internal and external calls with scheduling.

You will need telepresence then, expressway C and E with proper licensing, MCUs, TMS for scheduling, and depending on their requirements addtl applications as well.
A call manager with a few video endpoint is not going to do much of what you are asking.

Thanks for you help, would you have an estimate of how much time it would take to install these items?

It all depends on the size of the install and the customer requirements and network/complexity.
Not including planning, design, customer readiness, training and handoff, anything from two to four weeks or more.
