Greetings,
We are getting a new CUCM to replace our Unify OSV and I was wondering if anyone used RightFax and if so, do you use a second DN as the RightFax queue number?
If your fax extension number is 12345, do you forward that to another number such as 54321 which is the queue number/name in RightFax?
With our OSV, we are not getting a true blind forward and the dialed number comes through in RightFax so we have had to resort to bouncing the call through another server, Xpressions app builder to get the clean blind transfer and not have the original dialed number anywhere in the call.
