CUCM 8.6: Two Extensions & Voicemail on Single Phone

Hi,

I have a user with a personal extension of 173 and hunt pilot of 777 on a single phone.

Is it possible to have voicemail for both 173 & 777 display the voicemail indicator on a single phone? If it's possible, how would they get access to each voicemail?

The answer is yes. How I have done it is first directory number (their main line), a second directory number (that is part of the hunt group), a third directory number that goes to the voicemail of the hunt group. In unity add in the directory number (the 3rd DN) as an alternate extension to the hunt group voicemail box. The user will access the voicemail by pressing the line, then the voicemail button, enter the PIN for the hunt voicemail box.
