CUCM 8.5 SIP Trunk

In our cisco cucm cluster we have one pub and 3 subs

We want to set up a sip trunk to a mediation server for integration with OCS

Question is do we configure the link from mediation server with IP address of the Pub or the sub?

If only one choice is given on the mediation server then the publisher.
