cucm 7.X TO cme VIA sip - cheat sheet

Does anybody have a cheat sheet on setting up a SIP connection between CUCM 7x and CME. I am new to the CUCM (Nortel man) I have a link of sorts. Can dial from, get one way speach, but link drops after about 10 seconds.

So I am close but not there yet.
