The problem we are having is... Our company used to be on a hosted CUCM, so finally we migrated to our own CUCM. Everything is up and configured and working great except for outbound caller ID. We have an AT&T PRI and when we call any phone that has AT&T service, the call id info is shown correctly. Any other service and the call id comes up as UNKNOWN for the name and number. Priot to the migration all caller ID information was sent out correctly and AT&T has verified that it is our equipment that is not sending the correct information.
Is this a configuration setting inside CUCM? Any direction would be great.
