CUCM 7.1.2 Couple Issues

Hello,

I've been asked to look at a CUCM we let fall out of contract. Tey have two servers, the Pub and Sub. When I try and https to the Pub I can get to the main page to slect the link to go to the login page but I cannot get to the login in page... it just spins. Ideas?

The Sub apprears to be down. Both drives are red, I cannot SSH or https to it gbut I can ping it. I was going to have the local POC shut the Sub down and pull the drives one at a time and see if this resolves anything. I was wondering if theres a specific way of going about this? Thanks

Try restarting Tomcat on the Pub. You could use RTMT to look at the server status for the cluster regardless.
