Hi all. Have recently implemented an ASCOM DECT lone worker / freeset system at my company. The handsets are created as Basic SIP phones on CUCM. The vendor advised to divert / forward calls on a handset use the command *21*Number#. This appears to work on the handset itself and an > appears on the handset to the diverted number. When you call the handset you just get a cisco message "your call cannot be completed as dialled please consult your directory..... etc"
I don't know whether the *21*number# is even recognised by CUCM to realise a divert or forward calls is in place on the initial handset.
Any ideas?
