CUCM 11.5 Call Routing SImulation Exercise

Hi All, need help getting to information to help me deliver on the training exercises below:
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated [thumbsup2]

The exercise is:
A company has three main sites, London, Mumbai and New York.
In each of these sites there is a technical support team:
London – 3 people, extensions 2000,2001,2002
Mumbai – 5 people, extensions 3000,3100-3103
New York – 2 people, extensions 4000,4100

They need to setup an internal support phone number that will be available around the clock.
Whenever a call is placed to extension 1000 the call will be routed to an available technician.
 
The company uses CUCM 11.5 as their PBX.
 
Prepare a 10 min training session (e.g. PowerPoint presentation)  that describe the way you would implement this requirement.
 
I would use Hunt Groups personally if UCC wasnt in the mix.
