CUCM 10.5 UCM user web page and single number reach

Has anyone ever used SNR in the UCM user web page? How did you set it up? I initially ran into problems with permissions (allow users to self provision) and a user defined template. Now the issue is, users can enter a mobile number but the mobile number never rings.
