CUCE Cisco 7961g. Expansion module 7914

Hello,
I had my 7961 phone in for repair and got it back plug it in and now all lights are red on expansion module 7914!!!
Please help

In the phone configuration page is the 7914 selected as Module 1 in the Expansion Module Information?
