I've got a script that is requesting caller input. If the caller doesn't have the requested information, they are being routed to another trigger. Is there a way to determine that a call has been transferred? I want to say "if it was transferred, assign this enterprise data, if not, then this data".

Depends on what info you are assigning. If it only to see how many calls are being rerouted, I'd use a simple N = N + 1 statement in the programming to set the value. There may even be an increment function somewhere. I have only done very basic programming and I rely on my old Basic Language skills.
I'm sure you could do something similar with more complex data.

Sorry for the delayed response. Never got a notification on the thread! Was wanting to check at the front of the script to see if the call had been transferred so I could assign different Enterprise Data to the call.
