I have been asked to install a CUC500 for a client with 4 analogue phones,5 IP phones and 3 PC's. I am using a SIP trunk to connect him to the outside world. I haven't even seen one of these boxes let alone configure one so would be interested in anyone answering some of the following questions;

Will I need to use NAT?
Will I need to use VLAN's - voice & data?
Does anyone have an example config they could paste in?
Do the IP phones use call manager express?

Any help/advice greatly appreciated

I have seen one. Not sure on the NAT, yes, you'll need VLAN's just like any other IP Telelphony, the box comes pretty much configured and there is a setup wizard to help customize the config.
It IS CallManager Express with a new hardsware platform and GUI. There is virtually no difference between CME and UC500 CLI commands.
