Cube does not open after upgrade

Hi

We have just upgraded our Cognos environment to 7.3 but we are having a problem with one of our cubes. I have done a search on this forum and I see JGirl had exactly the same problem as we have thread401-1006406. Can anyone help out with this one at all?
