I would set all the passwords to be the same and see if it works. Typically a 403 is a bad password. If they are all the same no matter where it is looking it will find the right one.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

Thanks for the tips.
I changed all the passwords to 120478120478

The user password complained, but it seems take it anyway, as the CU360 can still log into the One-X Portal for Presence.

However, SIP connectivity still fails. Still have the same 403 Forbidden output.
I am wondering if 403 Forbidden would also be send if there is a codec mismatch???

Very curious about the Unsupp Audio 0 message just before this error.

With some help from a colleague we were able to fix the issue.

For anyone else that comes across this issue, this is how to get it working.

1. Create a SIP User and Extension in IP Office. Can be a basic user license.
2. Open the WebConfig on the CU360, and Unser basic settings, change the name of the unit to match the user name you created in IP Office
3.) Go to Administrator Settings/Protocols/SIP
4.) User: User@IPO_SIP_domain <- Not the FQDN
5.) Authentication Name: IPO_Extension
6.) Authentication Password: Numeric PhoneLogin/Extenion Password <-Not the IPO User Password
7.)User Server 1 selected
8) Server 1 DNS Name: IPO_FQDN
If you use a non standard port, specify it here ( IPO_FQND:5093 )
9) Server Model: Avaya IP Office
10) Transport Outbound Call: TCP
11) UDP Listening Port: 5060 ( or the non standard port you use )
12) TCP Listening Port: 5060 ( or the non standard port you use )
13) Transport Outbound: UDP Preferred.
14) Use TLS: No

This guide will probably also work the XTSeries.
