ctxnotif.dll Reboots Server?

About once over the period of two weeks, my server will reboot on it's own. If I examine the event logs there seems to be some connection to ctxnotif.dll.

I'm running Metaframe XPs FR3 on Windows 2003 Server. The computer is based on an ASUS P4R800-VM motherboard with 2 Gb. The firmware on the ASUS is current.

What entries do you have when the system reboots? This dll is for sending messages to users within Citrix.
