CTX100 problems

I've got a Toshiba CTX100 and extension 207 is having a problem where if it's busy and someone from the outside calls in the CTX says, "That was an invalid entry." But, if it's busy and another internal extension calls it the system just says that it's busy and gives the standard options.

The other problem I have is extension with extension 208. If an intenal extension calls it it works fine, but if an outside line calls it the system says "That was an invalid entry."

Any ideas what would cause those and how to fix it? Thanks in advance :)
 
Sounds like your Voice mail (Auto attendant) doesn't have that box programmed. The CTX usually doesn't talk to you.
What VM system do you have?

Could also be a call fowarding problem (to Voice mail). VM Id not set correctly.
