Ctrl selection copying

My boss is using Crystal clear 6.5 and when he holds down the ctrl and starts to select the fields he either want to change or move all of a sudden he has got a copy of all the fields he has selected in the header of the page. is there any way that this can be prevented or corrected so it doesn't happen any more?

Check with the Crystal Clear folks, that's not a function of Crystal Reports, and Crystal Clear is NOT Crystal Reports.

As an alternative, try lassoing the objects by holding down the left mouse button and highlighting them all. Doesn't work well for those fields within others, but allows for similarly grouped objects ( at least in CR).
