Hi, I've been having a problem recently and still haven't managed to fix it. When I press CTRL+ALT+DELETE I get the windows security windows that give me options like "lock computer" "shutdown" and so on. But the option that is labeled "TASK MANAGER" is faded out. I cannot choose it. And somtimes when I press CTRL+ALT+DELETE a window comes up and sais that I cannot access task manager and I have to refer to my administrator when I'm the default/administrator user. Can somebody Please help me ;( Tejanorey

Gargouille,
Sorry but I have tried that and those files where not found on my computer. I got this message "Neither W32.Klez.gen@mm nor W32.ElKern.gen
were found on your computer." But I was very happy that you responded. I'm open for any other suggestions that can help me fix this.
