ctrl-alt-delete with a serial connection

I have a serial connection to a remote machine running RedHat 8. Does anybody know how to send a ctrl-alt-delete over a serial connection.

Why do you want to send a CTRL+ALT+DEL to the RedHat machine over a serial connection? Do you want to restart the machine? //Daniel

Yes, it is a remote machine and it is in a halt state, I would like to send a ctrl-alt-delete to reboot.
