Ctrix NTSE and win 2k client printer driver

I act as analyst by Xerox Belgium .
I have a big customer (Baxter Belgium) they have a lot of printers included Xerox Printers ST440 and ST470.
Customer have also citrix server 1.8 running under NT4 and W2k.
Ica client ver 4 and also tried ver 7.

When an enduser working under NT4 connect to one citrix NT4 NO PROBLEM printers are well created but for Win 2k Client connected to the same citrix server (NT4 ) autocreation failed.

We have installed Standard driver PCL5 3.22.1.4 finded at Xerox Sites but failed as explained above.
So what can I do to let working Xerox printers under Citrix for win 2k clients.

Any suggestions are welcome.
