CTP 2007 or Convergence+ ?

I have to update my ACA Implement IP telephony and therefore have to pass a CTP2007 or CompTIA convergence+ exam.
Does anyone know witch exam is the easiest for me and what the big differences are?

If you passed the old exam you dont need to do that exam.
