Hi People,
Need Help! We're running the ALOHABOH on a WinXP machine (I know.. I know) with a software dongle (??). Aloha Version 5.3.19
We had a malware incident and in the cleanup, the following file was deleted: XHASP.sys
I'm not sure if there were any other deletions but the BOH now pops up with:
CTLSVR: Security Key Not Found
ERROR: CtlSvr has been disconnected. Try to reconnect?
{Cancel}
WARNING: Some Functions may not be available.
The Terminals are running with a Term1 as Fileserver.
I can see my all the old reports in the BOH but, expectedly, it is not grinding any further days.
Our Aloha support guy wants to move to a new install and apparently we will not be able to see our older reports because of version/encryption issues. Not too sure about that claim. I rather not!
Thanks for any help.
