Ctlsvr problems

Getting a weird issue at one of our locations. Opening Aloha Manager on BOH displays error Ctlsvr could not be started Check to see that it is registered. Ctlsvr is actually running and FOH is running properly. Any ideas?

usually a network or lana concern. recheck your lana and make dhcp media sense is disabled.

Figured it out. Avast antivirus is now seeing ctlsvrps.dll as a virus and deletes the file. This has happened at several locations.
