CtlSvr issues with Aloha

Been searching and haven't found anything that works for my situation.

I keep getting the "CtlSvr has been disconnected. Try to reconnect?" error when starting Aloha manager. My FOH systems went down but BOH never did. I put them in redundancy so my workers could keep working. Rebooted the BOH computer. Checked the process in the Services tab and it won't start there either. Ideas?

Oh yeah, Aloha TS v6.1.28

Did someone remove the software key, either a usb or parallel key attached to the server.

Did someone change the computer login - passwords - etc.

Check the Debout.txt in the Aloha Tmp folder. Copy and paste it to the forum - at east the last time of reboot at the bottom of the txt file.

The key's are still attached. No logins or passwords have been changed.

I think I found the issue, check your Aloha network connection, The network for the aloha nic card must be connected to the network switch for control service to run. I noticed a red x on a network connection in the right corner of your screen.

My boss has me chatting with someone now. I checked all the cables and the Aloha NIC is plugged in and the switch is on. I was thinking the same thing.

Was the connection with the red x the aloha connection?
