CTLSVR error on new steup

Hope some one can help me.

I have a client whos' server died and I moved over there ALOHA to a xp machine and tried to get it up and running but I cannot seem to figure out how to resolve the CTLSVR error that keeps coming up.

Willing to do a remote session.

In the tmp folder there should be a file called debout.svr. It should help with why you are getting the error. Most common issue is some files may not be registered properly or issue with the security key.

CTLsrv will not start if the nic is not set to lana0
If it does not see the Aloha HASP
Does not have the correct SEC codes for the Hasp attached
check each of these and if still no luck reach out to me
