I have a KX-TDE600 with 2 cabinets, 2 E1, NCV200, H323 and SIP telephony, 2 voice mails. In addition to this newly acquired License 3 party CTI kx-ncs3930.
The problem is that the NCV200 establishes the link with the central through port 33333, 3 party server also uses the same port.
So far there should be no problem, the matter is that the pbx is only allowing a simultaneous link which leaves out of NCV operate the server 200 or 3 party
NCV can say that the 200 works properly without a license and that if the NCV 200 is disconnected peer server works properly, the matter would be the number of links that can be set by the port 33333 to the center as currently it is a single bond that
would be illogical as it would leave one of the two devices out equally important in managing the customer call center.
Any ideas!!
Thank you
