CTI with Goldmine

My customer has a TAPI-compliant, multiple user version of Goldmine. I sold them a MICS with CTA devices and told them I could give them screen pops and point-and-click dialing from their Goldmine. Now I don't know how to do it. Can anyone offer help or resources? Thank you!!!

what is the problem? what have you done so far?

Can you get the CTA to work at all (like with the included Nortel software?)

We can get screen pops and point-and-click dialing with the Norstar PCM software. But I understand that it is supposed to be able to do the same thing with Goldmine. How?
