CTI with ACT!

My customer has a MICS and is asking about CTI with his ACT! software. Has anyone done this and can tell me what pieces I need to give him integration? Thanks!

I had demo-d the customer with Outlook and the customer themselves did it with goldmine

Nothing, just the CTAs (if you networking then CTA + user licenses)
