we've got some problems to find a software to connect the Mitel Tapi to Lotus Notes.
It should be able to display data out of random Lotus DB using the callerid and to dial by pressing a button in Lotus Client.
What we tried so far:
german Freeware with ocx-Support - Very nice programm, but not sufficent for prof. use.
YA 3.1 Full/Lite (putting the Lotus data records in YA.mdb will show the Callers using the YA Client, not a good way to do it imho, and the YA Task doesn't answer the API tapi32.dll makecall function).
And the Mitel Agent Portal with ocx control is a little bit oversized to display phone records to all users in our company.
We are looking for a small programm with basic inbound/outbound functions which is able to connect to a Lotus notes DB.
No, the PIM integration isn't sufficent.
