We are using the MPS 500 as IVR with Avaya Aura 6.2 (AML). The IVR application on MPS uses the CTI to send some information about the caller to a little screenpop on the agent's desktop. The problem is that the string that is sent via CTI also shows up all over the agent's toolbar (the AAAD). It's not intentional, we don't see any way how that could be turned off, and it is very confusing for the agents because it pastes over the caller's phone number that the AAAD would normally display.
Did anybody encounter this sort of problem? How did you deal with it?
