We have an issue where we have IPMA installed on a managers phone e.g. 5402 all calls go via the CTI route to be intercepted by IPMA. When a MWI on/off code is sent by out Octel system we get a destination out of order on the Gateway. If we remove the managers phone from IPMA and so it only becomes a "normal" handset then it works. There seems to be an issue with CTI and MWI has anyone else came across this or have it working if so can you let me know what was done to correct the issue
