CTI Route Point using brackets

I have a CTI Route Point with a line assigned that looks like this
444[29] does this mean the 4442 thru 4449 or is this 4440 thru 29 more numbers which would end at 4469. Could not figure this out with the help menu in Call Manager.

this is called a regex expression and it means 4442 thru 4449
