CTI Reporting

Hi All,

I've got an IPX Office where we are doing some testing on CTI reporting.(Obviously CLA is enabled!)
It's going well, but I have a specific issue with a single digital extension.
The IPX Office has a 8 port digital card in it and handset connected to each port.
We are getting the CTI information for events on ports 1 through to 7, but nothing on port 0.
I've checked the configs on each and the only difference I found was that 3rd_PARTY_EVENTS was set to YES on the extension associated with port 0, which has now been changed to NO as there is no APA in the handset.
This did not make a difference, reset the CLA, still no joy.
Is there anywhere I should be looking or a parameter that can be changed to turn CTI reporting on or off on a per port basis?

Did you check your class of service for that station?
Have you tried moving (in the NPL) the station to port 1 and port 1 to 0 to see if the problem follows?
Check your number plan. Any double indexing on that port?
