CTI Real Time Event Stream and SMDR output

Dear all, I have written some .net code that currently integrates with Avaya real-time event stream using a Windows DLL (Devlink).

I would like to expand this to CUCM v9 and have just got a 2900 series router in the lab.

Would anyone be kind enough to give me some points where to start looking i see things about JTAPI but presume this is Java (whereas i use C#) - does anyone know if a Windows .net library or framework for Cisco real-time events is available?

Any special licenses that i need to buy to enable RTP event stream?

Also is it possible for the cube to output SMDR call account records (again is license required)?
