Hello Avaya Experts,

Can anyone help me with the following problem.
A colleague of mine uses CTI for a self build application.
By using the statement "MakePredictiveCall" he can offcourse make a call. What we want to do, is instead of using the "0" to dial out I want him to use a certain trunk. F.I. "1602"
If he uses this like 1602 0622334455, I can see the TAC in the 8710 trace but not the next digits. This is being blocked by something, but I cannot see denials of somekind.
Nothing in the events and errors. Can you help me out here?
Were do I looked for good log files, What do I need to setup.
The CTI link he uses has the right COR rights to dial out offcourse.

Kind regards Dirk

Hi,

If I don't remember wrong, the MakePredictiveCall action does not allow a call with TAC. Tac dialing will be blocked by the switch.

Hope it helps.
