Has anyone heard of programme call Teamcall from a company called "Direct". Found it on a german website It claims to be a phone manager-esk CTI programme that gives you all the phone integration that phone manager gives you on a Mac. It runs a CTI app which connects with the IP Office then all the "phone manager" type programmes connect to the server app.

Question is does it work? Obviously it won't be supported but what kind of effect does it have on the IP Office? Is it worth shelling out for the software?

As you know ipo in NOT supported on MAC...nor ibn any road map is it ever, despite MAC being superior to Bill GATES...[lightsaber]

Well, acording to their website, "direct" relies on their TeamCall interface; in the supported systems, it mentions Avaya Definity, but not the IP office.

My guess would be that it's not going to work at the moment.
