Hi All,

Have an ACCS Server running software version 7.1 and an IPOSE running software version 11.0.4. I am having an issue with the CTI link from the ACCS server to the IPOSE. We have the correct licenses and I am not using TLS on the system. Is there something stupid I am missing? Most of the resolutions I have seen to an issue like this is related to a certificate issue when using TLS which is not the case in this instance. Anyone ran into a similar problem?

An issue? Well, that could be anything.

Check logs in ACCS and IPO, that should tell you what's wrong.

Sorry the issue is that the CTI Proxy connection wont get established between the ACCS and IPOSE. On the SIP Gateway Monitor the Voice outbound Proxy and the media server is connected but the CTI Proxy link is disconnected.
 
Client gave me the wrong system password. Issue has been resolved.
 
Well, that would have been easily discovered reading the logs :)
