CTI Issues with sales Force

Hey Guys

Is anyone using CTI for integration with sales force ?

PrairieFyre 6.0.2.2 has the CTI software loaded and the agents download from this server for any updates via the network updates .

We seem to be having issues with Agents CTI connector crashing but when I go to review the logs , they are empty and I cannot find any info on the existing logs ... any ideas ?
