Hello,

We have an Outbound Dialler Solution wich uses SES servers to make outbound calls to customers using SIP trunks for signalling. The calls then made across TDM trunks which are recorded trunk side on a NICE system. However CTI tagging to the AES system shows the call being made on the SIP trunk and not the TDM trunk. Since we have no mapping for SIP trunks on the NICE system we are lose the CTI tagging. Is there any way to ensure CTI tagging shows for the TDM leg of the call instead of the SIP trunk?

THanks

Alan

Have you tried changing the trunk mapping so the recorder thinks the TDM trunks have the same numbers as the SIP trunks?

Biglebowskis Razor - with all things being equal if you still can't find the answer have a shave and go down the pub.

Hello,

Thanks. The NICE mapping file is only able to accept one-one relationships with line side cards so we are unable to do anything o nthe NICE side. I was wondering if there is anything on the PBX side that could be done. Calls going across the SIP could go over any number of TDM trunks.
