Can some one help me wit This problem .
I have some agents who is having problem (" while calls land on their soft phone the CTI application is not generating the data Automatic)
I have checked my mapping in my CTI application ( such as if workstation ID , lOGIN id , Tn and other details are correct ) all seems to be correct but for some agents its not working .
Also Compared the TN with the TN with A working one all seems to be same ..
Would be Glad if some one can reply me and help me out
Pabx am using is 1000e 7.5
