CTI COnnection to Magix - Hardware & Circuits??

i know will magix will output CTI info but exactly how is it done - will it work with POTS lines as well as T1/PRI circuits? - do the 412 TDL cards provide caller ID? is an 800 card needed? - any help is much appreciated!!

CTI comes off an MLX port (myst have an MLX card); It works irrespective of the types of services connected to it; 412 cards provide CallerID (if subscribed from Telco); A card is needed to provide touch tone receivers, an 800 gs/ls id provides 2 TTr/s. TipHelp@charter.net
