G3si V6 linked to CT-Connect trough MAPD board.
If I do MakePredictiveCall from a Hunt Group the predictive call is done well, but i don´t get any asai events from the progression of the call, so if the destination number is busy CT-Connect don´t say me nothing.

With MakeCall from a device all is working OK, and all asai events are received by CT-Connect and passed to my application.

I have configured OCM-Call-Classification for busy tone but nothing.

We are working with digital lines so for me is hard to believe that Lucent has not way to traslate ISDN Q932 Events to asai.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

Do you set monitor on newly created perdictive call?

PredictiveCall creates two call associations - one for the call while it's in progress and another one when the call terminates on hunt group.
If you have monitor on hunt group you receive events only if the call terminates on hunt group. In case of busy or not answered call it doesn't terminate on hunt group, so you have no event reports.

On the other side MakeCall from device produces event reports because the call is originally connected to that device.

How can I do that?
I have only monitor on for the hunt group. From a MakePredictiveCall I get a CallId, but not a device to monitor on.

You can use cstaMonitorCall service in this case.
The only parameters you need to specify for this service are call (CallID) and monitorFilter (probably NULL will be ok).

As far as i know I can´t do that from CT-Connect.

Well...
Can you please spell the full name and version of this product?
