CTConnect monitoring inbound calls

Hello,
In a MD110 environment i need monitor inbound calls. I'm testing it with test application.

In the environment there are:
DTS:
- ODN: 28385; ADN:28881
ODN: 28817; ADN:28830

In test application i type:
assign specific: 28385 ctcServer ctcLink ncacn_ip_tcp
setmonitor on
assign specific: 28881 ctcServer ctcLink ncacn_ip_tcp
setmonitor on

When a call is delivered in 28385 i don't receive any event in test application.

How can i solve it??
