ctc singlesteptransfer to CDN is failing

Hi All,
we have the following setup.

CT-CONNECT --> Symposium --> Nortel CS1000E

After installing we are getting all the events in ct-connect and all the call scenarios are fine except the following one.

- in CT-CONNECT client, acquire 2 users(A&B) and a cdn (C)
- make call from a-->b
- answer at b
- now try singlesteptransfer from b to cdn c

- now it is not only failing but tearing down complete ctc link

- THE MESSAGE WE SEE IN SYPOSIUM SERVER'S EVENT VIEWER IS,
- Service MLSM_Service terminated unexpectedly, rc=243. Code:41505


Please suggest me, your opinion on this.
