I have a CTA100 i got for my laptop to use in conjunction with the Nortel Meridian phone in my office. My laptop is running Windows XP Pro. I hope to be able to use this as a dialer for Microsoft Outlook (2002 XP Pro) to call my contacts.

I bought the CTA directly from Nortel and was not supplied with any software for it. Can someone please tell me what i need to get this up and running?

Thanks!

I thought that all CTA's came with software. I suggest checking back with Nortel. I could be wrong on this, but mine came with software. Cannot find my invoice to see what all I ordered about 3 years ago. Stop to think of it, my answer is pretty lousy. Will try to dig deeper.

All New CTA come with software and you have to specify operating system.

Good Luck!!

I called Nortel and they are going to give me permissions on their website to download software from their members section.

Regardless of what most come with, I didnt get a CD with my CTA100, unfortunately.

I signed up for Nortel's Consultant program and should gain access soon.

;)

Productivity Suite 2.1 works with XP (well thats what the manual says) I haven't tested it yet though. :)
